The best of the best!!!

My case was unique because I was moving back from the United Kindom to Los Angeles after many years abroad. I needed someone I could trust to remodel my house remotely before my relocation.

Prior to my move I came to LA for 2 weeks to look for a contractor and I met with several of them before meeting Ken. 10 minutes into the meeting I decided to hire him because he clearly had so much more knowledge comparing to others. He had a great portfolio and also was articulate with any questions other contractors could not answered.

I had so much confidence in him that I signed the contract with him on the same day! And he indeed exceeded my expectations throughout the whole process!

First he gave me a list of wholesalers where I could select materials from. I have a 3 bed 3 bath property and there were many things to select but following his list of suppliers made things so much easier. I had many questions when I was selecting materials and Ken was so responsive and patient whenever I asked him. Ken would also give me very professional advice based on my requirements. He has a natural understanding of what clients are looking for and he gives great advice based on what you need. It is very tailored service with every client being an individual and I feel that he always has my best interests at heart. He would remind me when I went over my budget and let me know when I should not compromise quality in certain areas. That was exactly the advice I needed!

Before my return to the UK I already selected most of the required materials needed for them start working. After I went back to the UK, Ken kept excellent communication with me despite of the time difference. Not only that his response rate was so impressive, he was also very patient in guiding me through the process. It was my first time doing a complete renovation and sometimes I wasn’t sure if my questions were too trivial. But Ken made me feel comfortable with his patience and excellent communication style. He also explained things in a way that was so easy to understand. It was great that I never had to ask the same question twice. He sent me updates with videos, audios and messages of the progress frequently without me asking and always kept me in the loop. I never had to chase up or worry about anything that's undone.

One thing that I must mention about Ken is his inteterior design background. He is an interior designer trained in New York and this made a huge difference for me. He has much more knowledge and aesthetic sense than other conctractors I met. Some contractors would follow instructions but they are unable give good advice when clients aren't sure what to do. Ken always discussed with me whenever I had doubts and I felt confident and reassured after his professional advice. I came back to LA when the work was about 60% done and was super happy to see the result of all the decisions I had to make remotely with Ken’s advice.
After I came back to LA I continued to be very impressed with Ken and his team. I have invited several friends to my place during and after the renovation is completed. Everyone was so surprised to know that I wasn't even in the country during the first half of the project. And those who were thinking about partial or complete renovations all asked me to recommend him. It is all about the attention to details and I can honestly say that Ken and his team have the ability, the patience, the expertise and the experience to achieve the best.

I now have a home that I am very happy and proud of. I really do feel that he lives up to his motto "lets build your dream home together". I will 100% hire Ken again for my next project without considering anyone else and recommend him to any friend without any hesitation!
